Additional Lingerie Order Form

All colors of material and laces are subject to availability. This is a single item form. To send additional items please submit them through an additional form email. You will have that option once you hit submit.

You will receive 5% off your total if you order 10 or more items of panties and half slips. The price of your item(s) will be calculated once your full order is received. Prices are subject to change based on material and size. Please feel free to review our price guide to get a better example of our prices. View samples of our past items for some ideas.

How to use our custom lingerie order form.

Tell us your measurements, choose your material color, pick what lingerie you want made, click the "Design It" button under that item to go to its section to fill out the important info for that item. Then submit your item to us to have your dream lingerie created just for you! Please allow 2-6 weeks for your items to be made.

40 Denier Nylon Colors: We have around 30-50 colors of 40 denier nylon we can get from our supplier at any given time. Due to her constantly changing list of colors we are no longer listing what is available. Simply let us know what color or colors you are interested in and we will let you know what we are able to find. With around 50 colors of nylon to choose from we are certain to find something you will love!

15 Denier Sheer Nylon Colors: At this time we only have available colors of black, light blue, light pink, and white.

Satin/Charmeuse Satin Colors: These colors are subject to seasonal availability. Let us know what you would like and we will try to find it or see what we can find that is similar.

Camisole

This is a basic camisole. You can choose the amount of lace to have your camisole match a half slip or pair of panties. Or you can have one created to wear out all by itself.

Price: The camisoles start at $35.00 and go up based upon the size, amount of lace, length, and material.

Garter Belt

Our garter belts are made generally as non-adjustable. You can customize them to go as a part of a matching set. They attach in the back with bra strap style hooks. Add some lace or leave them just nylon or satin.

Price: Garter Belts start at $30.00 and go up based upon the size, amount of lace, length, and material.

Leg Garter

Have a sexy little leg garter made to match any of your favorite lingerie pieces. We will ask for your leg measurement to make sure it is the perfect fit for you.

Price: Leg garters start at $10.00 and go up based upon material.

Pettipants

Similar to our basic tap pants only these come to about knee level. You can adjust the length to whatever you wish. The lace on the hem (around the legs is customizable.

Price: These panties start at $30.00 and go up based upon the size, amount of lace, length, and material.

3 Layer Babydoll

This is our babydoll/negligee. This particular one has 1 layer of 40 denier nylon on the bottom with 2 layers of sheer 15 denier nylon on the top. Both sheer layers have a trim of lace. This is customizable with length, lace, and the layers of nylon desired.

Price: These slips start at $75.00 and go up based upon the size, amount of lace, length, and material.

Additional Information: We have a large variety of laces that we both have in stock and have the ability to acquire. If we have problem finding the exact lace you are seeking we will let you know what we have to closest match the lace you desire. This also applies to all fabrics.

If you are submitting an item we have not created before, we may not create it at that time but we will certainly consider it for future projects. If we do decide to create your item and we have to create a pattern specifically for it you can be charged an additional fee for the added work it takes to create this new item and its pattern that Janice makes by hand. Fees may vary.
